Profile: Brian joined MILLER, MANNIX, SCHACHNER & HAFNER in 2019. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1990 and in South Carolina in 2003.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian has worked representing New York State and local governments, as Deputy Counsel and Counsel to the NY Department of Labor and Civil Service Department respectively, the Warren County Attorney, and as village counsel and as counsel for town government entities in litigation over the years. While attending The University at Albany, Brian played club hockey and intercollegiate lacrosse. At Albany Law School, he was a Board Member of the Justice Jackson Lecture Series, and externed during senior year with Hon. Con. G. Cholakis of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. He currently lives in Lake George and enjoys spending time on the lake with his lovely wife, watching his son play sports and being led around town by the most fantastic dog ever to walk the earth.
